I am planning to move to Oregon because I believe that it is a farming and food processing community. It is uniquely positioned to take advantage of the opportunities that are on its way.
I plan to set up a storage facility business in the area, to be named Sw S, which would focus on storing almost anything: furniture, office items, appliances, or any household goods. The objectives of the business would be as follows:

“ To launch and operate a storage facility business in Irrigon where there is high demand for such a service and profitability would be excellent;

“ To fit the needs of customers, such as giving them assurance that their goods, stocks, or other personal items would be securely stored.

On the other hand, I would also create a youth center dedicated to the church. Its mission would be to keep children off the streets and to provide recreational activities to seniors who would be interested to spend some of their time by joining various events and gatherings. I know every organization has a mission with a deep purpose that expresses the reason for its existence. An important key for motivation is how they help each other set goals and share their vision for the advancement of that organization.

When I set out to develop a business, I must learn some strategies to guide me all the way through. Setting of goals would be a great factor to help me start with the business and the non-profit center that I plan to have.
Becoming successful in any business, I believe, depends on three things: a reasonable marketing budget, a persistent and durable “I can” attitude, and a proven business marketing formula. These are the essential elements in developing a good business plan. It would be very important, especially at the initial launching of the project.
I believe that it is never too late for me to become an entrepreneur. While some people start with their entrepreneurial endeavors at a very young age, others begin late in life, just when traditional conventions dictate that they should retire and take life a little more easily. One thing is sure, though, that no matter what age you start, you need to be tough in order to succeed as an entrepreneur and organizer.
